Every bot comes with a 12-month warranty starting from the Delivery Date. During the warranty period we fix code defects, adapt to non-breaking broker API changes, and respond to warranty claims within 72 business hours.
At the end of the 12 months you can request an Expert Review and Renewal — we audit the bot's live performance, propose maintenance actions, and renew the warranty for another 12 months.
What's not covered: trading losses, Client-side code changes, broker downtime, or breaking API re-architectures.
